At the beginning of 2017 I met Mr. Kimura after a performance in Bielefeld. From a get-to-know quickly became a spontaneous small photo shoot, from which developed today's cooperation. Meanwhile, Mr. Kimura has been responsible for his complete self-presentation. First, I created, for the first time on "Japanese!", Which presented a great challenge. (Flyers, posters and tickets.) A program booklet and its complete new trilingual website (German, English and Japanese) the creation of the internet presence will follow.
Also in 2019 I was very happy for Yoshi for his important 3rd doctorate concert at the University of Music and Arts in Tokyo.
This is a small edition of posters, flyers and a program booklet.
This and next year he will do his doctorate in music.
He is already teaching master classes in Japan, and I designed the flyer for the flyer.
It is always a challenge for me to keep the extensive texts in balance with the design.
For his commemorative concert with his father, spontaneously after the photo shoot, he came up with the idea of designing this flyer and poster for him. It's my first job for the Japanese market and it has been an exciting new challenge.
Many obstacles had to be overcome to guarantee correct implementation and printing in Japan
YOSHIAKI KIMURA | Concert 27.Juli 2017 - TAMASHIMA | Statement
Yoshiaki Kimura: "This summer I have a concert in my hometown, my hometown is TAMASHIMA.
There I was born and raised until the age of 18. I have a special connection to my hometown.
My dad worked there as a baenker for 33 years. Unfortunately, he passed away in 2007. This year marks the 10th anniversary of his death.
On this occasion, his then company sponsored my concert on 28.07.2017. In the thought I am still very grateful and connected to my father. "
Immediately after his trip to Japan I got the order for him to create a new website and to maintain it in ENGLISH | JAPANESE. Important would be u.a. a login area for agencies and concert organizers. Summer 2018 I made a relaunch of the gig. The site was developed as well as my site with JIMDO. only then could Hr. Kimura simply contribute to the Japanese content.
